Grief brings with it many emotions: sadness, anger, guilt, frustration, even joy and happiness. All of these emotions can and will coexist, creating a challenging and complex time in the lives of loved ones left behind. It is important to know that you are not alone.

Providing compassionate, in-person, or virtual support, I can help navigate this complex time, explore available community resources, and simply hold a safe space to help you find a path of healing and peace in your life.

It is said that grief is just love with nowhere to go, but with time and support, it can take up a less overbearing space in your life.
